If you place an order with us, either online or in-store, you are acknowledging that you agree to our Return and Exchange Policy. The use of ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refers to Ignition For Men

We will always endeavour to send your order out on the same day that you have ordered it as long as the order is received by 2pm Adelaide time. 

We offer FREE standard postage Australia wide but are more then happy to send an order out express, simply get in touch with us before you place your order and we'll make sure we send it out express.

Standard postage can take anywhere from 2-8 days depending on where it is getting sent to so please make sure to let us know if its urgent. 

1. OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We want to give you a hassle-free way to get the correct items so you can kick back and enjoy your purchases.

At Ignition For Men, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:

  • In-store: 14 days from date of purchase
  • Online (Australia): 14 days from date of delivery

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or credit note subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact;
  • Refunds are not given for incorrect size choice or change of mind; please choose carefully;
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

  • underwear and swimwear

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are unable to be returned for change of mind.

2. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund replacement. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

3. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE?

ONLINE PURCHASE

You can return your purchase in TWO EASY WAYS:

1. In-store

You can bring your item and proof of purchase to any of our store located at 54 Payneham Rd, Stepney, SA, 5069. Our opening hours are Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, Thursday from 10am to 9pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm.

2. Post Office

Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please note, although we offer free delivery Australia wide, we DO NOT offer free returns, any items which are sent back to us are at the customers expense.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

You can bring your item and proof of purchase to any of our store.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Purchases made in-store using AFTERPAY can be exchanged in our store

Purchases made online using AFTERPAY can be exchanged in our store.

PAYPAL PURCHASES

We can exchange or offer a credit note for any purchases made with PayPal. Simply contact us within 14 days to arrange your return.

Please note that all return postage costs for change of mind and exchanges are at your own expense. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Ignition For Men will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it's packaged securely and obtain tracking information when posting.

4. YOU CAN'T DECIDE WHAT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR?

We can issue a credit note that is valid for 6 months. Visit us in store or contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that credit notes are not transferable between store and online
