01. IF I AM IN AUSTRALIA, HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We offer FREE delivery for all orders within Australia. Your order will take between 1 – 2 business days from the time we dispatch your order. Rural and remote areas may take longer (3 – 5 days). You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping tracking number once your order is sent. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
02. DO YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
Yes we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses or parcel lockers.
03. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
We do. However postage will need to be calculated once we know what we are sending. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a price.
Please note, International delivery costs do not include duties or taxes, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
04. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order with the shipping number which we will provide to you once item has been shipped.

05. CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
Yes, only if it is an exchange. You must exchange any goods within 14 days of your initial purchase. Please choose carefully.

06. CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Yes, as long as the order has not been packed. Please Contact Us.
Due to the fast turnaround, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is packed and cannot be updated, please refer to our Returns policy.
07. WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT OR DAMAGED?
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
08. WHAT IF I AM SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
In this instance please Contact Us with your order number and the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive.
Please return the item to us by following the procedure on our Returns section, and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
09. WHAT IF I AM SENT A FAULTY ITEM?
Our quality control team inspect all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please Contact Us to arrange a free replacement delivery. Ignition For Men will accept the return of faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.

10. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can only cancel an order if the items haven’t been dispatched. Please Contact Us and we will attempt to process your cancellation.

11. HOW DO I EXCHANGE IF I PLACED AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Simply Contact Us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an International exchange.
Please note that exchange postage costs are at your own expense. Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed properly and obtain a tracking ID when posting.

12. HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
- 1. Browse the website for items that are of interest to you, and then follow the below process and functionalities.

Select the size, quantity and colour of the item and add to bag.
- 3. Your shopping bag
You can update your item quantity by changing the numbers in the quantity section and click on “update your bag”. If you are not happy with the item selected, simply click on “edit” or “remove” to update your order.

TAILOR MADE SUITING
HOW LONG WILL MY SUIT TAKE TO COME IN?
The confirmation process usually takes 1-2 days. Once the suit is confirmed and ordered it usually takes 3-6 weeks for the suit to arrive depending on the time of the year and where the suit is made. As we make our suits out of Italy and Hong Kong, the delivery time may vary.
HOW LONG DOES THE SELECTION AND MEASURMENT PROCESS TAKE?
We will try and make this process as quick as possible but please allow up to an hour. The longest process is going to be choosing the fabric and details of the suit, the actual measurements take around 20 minutes.
WHAT HAPPENES WHEN MY SUIT ARRIVES?
When your suit arrives we will call you and arrange a time to come in to try the suit on. It is important for us to see the suit on you to make sure it fits you spot on. If, however at this fitting we see things which may need to be altered we will pin and chalk the suit for you.
TAILOR MADE ISN’T REALL FOR ME, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A NEW SUIT. CAN YOU HELP?
Of course we can, we have a huge range of suits in stock which can be purchased off the rack and altered to fit you.
I DON’T NEED A SUIT BUT SOMEONE I KNOW DOES, CAN I BUY HIM A GIFTVOUCHER?
Yes you can, in any amount you like. The gift voucher will be printed personally to the person who is receiving it.
CAN WE DO A GROUP BOOKNG?
Not a problem, if there is a group of you who would like to have suits made we can cater for that as well. We are also more than happy to meet with a group of you just to discuss how it works and the options available. Just let us know how many guys will be there so we can arrange the appropriate staff to serve you.
